Very likeable guy and doing a great job in my opinion. Has navigated us through some very choppy waters, kept the fans informed, never complained and has assembled what looks to be a very good squad. We seem to have more balance and depth than we have had for several years. Bielsa was able to paper over the cracks in our squad depth (lack of midfielders etc) due to his brilliance but Farke seems to have been able to address it head on and full marks to the board for supporting him and presumably letting him choose what players he needed.
He has shown flexibility in tactics without needing to make drastic changes from match to match - i.e. hasn't gone from 4 at the back to 5 but instead has made subtle tweaks and sets us up in a way that we can change the way we play without needing to make substitutions. A bit similar to Bielsa in the way he can create overloads in certain areas but then change it when needed rather than having a rigid formation.
It will be interesting to see how he manages the squad as there is plenty of competition and he will want, and need, to keep everyone happy and involved. Team spirit looks very good so far though and was great to see the smile on Rutter's face when he came off towards the end having scored his goal. Piroe and Rutter seem to really like playing with each other which is a huge plus and hopefully if Piroe keeps scoring it takes the pressure of Rutter, who is still a very young guy, and he can relax and play to his potential.
